Diana HONG-ELSEY

Biography: Diana Hong-Elsey is a passionate, curious, and creative leader driven by design, music, laughter, and human connections. She’s a reformed minimalist turned selective maximalist, and a once die-hard New Yorker turned NorCal convert. Diana believes in excellence vs. perfection, but a strategic idea is only as good as its ultimate creative execution. She has led small to large, cross-functional creative teams, uniting diverse minds around one central vision. Diana is deeply proud of the transformative global work she’s created for some of the world's most iconic image driven brands. As the Head of Global Creative at Benefit Cosmetics, Diana has been leading a global brand evolution throughout the Beneverse. In other areas of her life, she spends much time exploring and challenging herself physically and mentally, volunteering, learning new skills that have nothing to do with her job title, and supporting working women through formal and informal mentorships.
