You can log in to the LUXE PACK KeepTrack app as soon as your visitor registration is confirmed and access is available. Browse exhibitors, explore networking opportunities and prepare your visit in advance.
Smart matchmaking and meeting scheduling will open at least one monthe before the show. From that moment, you will be able to discover relevant exhibitors, connect with industry professionals and request meetings directly through the app.

Check back regularly for updates and make the most of your LUXE PACK experience.

You must first complete your online visitor registration to access the LUXE PACK KeepTrack app. Once your registration is confirmed, you can log in using the email address associated with your registration and your verification code.

First, check your inbox and spam or junk folder. Make sure you are using the same email address you provided when registering for LUXE PACK.
If you still haven’t received your verification code, try requesting a new one. If the issue persists, please contact margo.genie@infopro-digital.com for assistance.

Your privacy matters. The LUXE PACK KeepTrack app allows you to communicate with exhibitors through secure in-app messaging without automatically sharing your personal contact details.
Your name and company name will be visible. 

Your visit report, including the information available from your interactions with exhibitors, will be made available after the show, subject to the event’s data collection and reporting features.
If lead scanning or contact sharing is available at the event, the information included in your report may depend on the interactions you have had and the data shared by exhibitors. Check your visit trail on the app to access your report at any time.

An internet connection is recommended to access the latest exhibitor information, use smart matchmaking, send messages and manage meeting requests in the LUXE PACK KeepTrack app.
Some information may remain accessible if it has already been loaded on your device, but offline availability is not guaranteed. For the best experience, connect to the venue’s Wi-Fi or use your mobile data connection during the show.
