- Drawing on her 20+ years of experience in the color cosmetics and beauty manufacturing industry, Tara Stein has played a pivotal role in helping beauty brands reimagine their packaging with a focus on sustainability. Tara has held several roles at ICONS|ICS over the past two decades including 4.5 years based in Taiwan and Hong Kong as Head of Product Development and Project Management. In her current role, VP of Sales & Business Development, she uses her wealth of knowledge about sustainable materials, processes, and product design to assist brands with all packaging needs, including custom tooling, rebrands, and new product launches. ICONS|ICS is an ICONS Beauty Group company and holds an EcoVadis Platinum status, is ISCC PLUS certified, a member of SEDEX and a signatory to the UN Global Compact.
