Biography: Alexander Kwapis is a distinguished product innovator, boundless creative thinker, and collaborative leader specializing in the dynamic packaging design world. Over his impressive 13-year tenure at FusionPKG, he has cemented his role as a cornerstone of the company and garnered global recognition, winning prestigious beauty packaging awards and securing exclusive product patents. Alexander has done all this over the years while acting as a member of the Fast Company Executive Board, FusionPKG's Sustainability Council, and for a time as Vice Chairmen of DFW-area IDSA (The Industrial Designers Society of America.). Alexander's passion for sustainable solutions and exceptional leadership skills make him a standout figure in product design and development, continually shaping the future of beauty packaging. As Vice President of Product Design and development, he oversees all facets of new packaging development, from innovation and mechanical engineering to creative strategy and package quality. His leadership extends to guiding FusionPKG as a vital member of the executive leadership team, and he also serves as a sales lead for training and technical selling, highlighting his extensive industry expertise. Alexander's journey began in graphic design but transitioned to a deep focus on product development, earning a BFA in Industrial Design from the Columbus College of Art + Design with a minor in writing.
