COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

We couldn’t be any more excited to reopen our show doors!

To ensure everyone’s safety, we are following the recommendations of health authorities by applying the current sanitary measures to allow everyone to experience the event in the most optimal of conditions. This page provides the important health and safety requirements for your next visit in February. As the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic develops daily, please check back to this page periodically.

PROOF OF VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST

Pursuant to statecounty and city mandates or ordinances, proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result is required to attend events at the Los Angeles Convention Center.  Negative COVID-19 result must come from a lab-administered test within (48) hours (for PCR tests) OR within (24) hours (for Antigen tests) of event admission. Attendees 18 years and older must also provide a picture ID along with proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 lab-administered test result.

FACE MASKS

Masks or face coverings must be worn to enter the Los Angeles Convention Center and must be kept on in all areas.

 

ENHANCED CLEANING AND PERSONAL HYGIENE STATIONS

Ensuring the implementation of local government guidelines and recommendations against Covid-19.

· Increased indoor air quality monitored by the engineering team.

· Continuously monitor air quality measurements include

· Active VOCs, TOCs, and CO2 readings.

· Installed socially distanced seating in all food and beverage areas

· Installed hand-sanitizing stations in public areas

· Strengthened cleaning and disinfection of all visiting areas (using Virex II 256 on the high touch areas)
