Nicole is a proven entrepreneur and brand developer. She has collaborated and worked on brands with Jane Fonda, Toni Braxton, The Kardashians and Demi Lovato as well as creating some indie brands in her own right.


Recently, Nicole spent three and a half years as the Chief Marketing officer of the Evine brand. Evine, a shopping destination and curator of video content across all screens big and small (evine.com), is a dynamic ever changing retail business. Traded publicly, (NASDAQ: EVLV previously ShopNBC/ShopHQ), carries on a 20 year legacy of exciting content delivered to over 88 million homes.

Nicole brings expertise in marketing, strategy, product development and branding in all channels of distribution from prestige to mass as well as access to celebrities of all levels. With years of successful enterprises in the beauty arena, both in retail and product development, she launched Kardashian Beauty for a first 12 month in market volume of 10MM dollars and over 5,000 doors.

Nicole co-founded Gold Grenade, a product development, strategic marketing, comprehensive brand management company that specializes in beauty, cosmetics and personal care. Gold Grenade was founded with her partner Robin Coe Hutshing and from 2010-2014 they launched THE NEW BLACK Nail Polish and Kissing Elixirs alongside the other client work.

Previous accomplishments include an 18-year career at Nordstrom where, among other things, at 25 she was one of the youngest full line store managers in Nordstrom history. Other Nordstrom highlights include running the beauty buying offices for Southern California and managing the West Coast buying offices for fragrance as the Merchandiser.

LVMH headhunted Nicole away to help open new channels of distribution for one of their premier brands Benefit Cosmetics. There she oversaw the company’s significant Sephora business, launched on QVC as well as put together an operational structure to take their boutique concepts on the road.
